Do you produce film for every type of project, or just real estate?
We produce film across the same eight sectors we cover in photography. Our public film work today is concentrated in real estate development — Barefoot and Zonset, El Zonte beach — but for other sectors film is scoped and produced to the same standard, case by case.
Does film replace photography?
No. Photography and film answer different needs and are usually combined within the same production — photography documents with precision, film adds motion and narrative.
Does it include drone?
Yes, when the project calls for it. The Barefoot and Zonset material includes aerial drone shots integrated into the walkthrough.
What does a video production cost?
It depends on scope: length, whether it includes drone, how many shoot days it needs and how many cuts per channel. The initial call and the proposal are free.
