Lifestyle photography and film
Real people living the experience — the visual layer that connects your spaces with the people who will inhabit them.

The problem
A photograph of an empty space — however well lit — does not show what being there feels like. Without real people enjoying it, the viewer cannot picture themselves in the room.
Photography and film that carry the whole experience — models, talent or real guests inhabiting the space, adding to the architectural or product work the human layer that turns it into desire.
Why pay for a production when your guests already post photographs?
It is the right question, and it deserves an honest answer: the content your guests generate works. It is free, it is constant, and it carries a credibility no production can buy — people believe other people.
What that content cannot do is set the level of the brand. It arrives when it arrives, it looks how it looks, and it shows whatever each person found interesting. It works as social proof, not as a standard.
Directed production does the other job: it defines how your brand looks when the brand itself is speaking. In practice the two need each other — your own material sets the level, and your guests' material confirms it.
A well-directed day does not give you ten photographs. It gives you months of calendar.
The difference between a shoot and a production is how much it yields afterwards. With casting, wardrobe and several directed scenes in one location, a single shooting day feeds social, paid media and the website for months.
So we plan the day as a content bank: horizontals for the site, vertical formats for reels and stories, wide frames for campaign and details to fill the calendar. What gets decided before the shoot is what determines how long the material lasts.
Whoever appears in the frame has to have agreed to it.
It is the detail that causes the most trouble and that almost nobody raises until it happens: using a person's image commercially requires their authorisation. That applies to hired models, to your own staff, and to guests or customers who end up in a scene.
Where the production calls for it, we handle image release before the shutter, not afterwards. It is the difference between a content bank you can use without thinking and one holding photographs somebody might later ask you to take down.

Talent selection, wardrobe and scenes built to match the brand.
Why Gatopardo
It compounds every other service — It folds into hotel, restaurant, development or Airbnb photography to complete the narrative.
Film at the centre — Not only stills: we direct film with the same narrative sensibility.
Real casting and scene direction — Models, talent or actual staff, directed so the scene reads as genuine — never like stock.
Directed scenes, not stock poses
Lifestyle productions in hotels, spas and hospitality spaces: people inhabiting the place, directed so the scene reads as lived rather than staged.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide the models or do we?
It can work either way. We coordinate casting when the project calls for it, and we also work with your own staff or with real guests and customers, which in hospitality often gives the most believable result. We settle it in the proposal, because it changes both budget and timings.
Does this replace the content our guests post?
No, and it should not. Guest content brings credibility and consistency; directed production sets the level of the brand. They work together: one sets the standard and the other confirms it.
Do the people who appear need to give permission?
Yes. Commercial use of a person's image requires authorisation, whether it is a hired model, your own staff or a guest. Where the production calls for it, we handle the image release before the shoot so the material is free of doubt.
Can lifestyle be shot on the same day as the space itself?
Yes, and it is usually the most efficient route: the space is shot with controlled light and the scenes with people are then directed in the same rooms. It has to be planned from the proposal, because it adds hours and coordination.
How far in advance should we book?
The date depends on calendar availability. This service benefits from more lead time than the others: if there is casting, wardrobe or a location to coordinate, the work starts before the shooting day.
How long does the production take?
Most are resolved in a single day, working from sunrise to sunset to catch the best light for each scene. The number of scenes, people and wardrobe changes decides whether one day is enough.
How long until we receive the edited files?
Between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the number of photographs, reels and videos. The exact turnaround is set in the proposal, once the deliverables have been agreed.
Do you deliver vertical formats for reels and stories?
Yes. The day is planned around both formats: horizontal for the site and campaigns, vertical for reels, stories and paid social. Planning the vertical from the shoot avoids forced crops later.
